Uninstalling Smart Designer

• Before uninstalling Smart Designer, please verify the version number in the Control Panel - Programs and Features by typing 'appwiz.cpl' in the run command window (Windows key + R) 

• 
  Once in the Programs and Features list, locate Smart Designer Pro and Smart Designer and Rhinestone Designer Content. The version number will be listed in one of the columns. 

• With the version numbers, send a downloads request to [e-mail]
• You will receive a link to both the content and programs files of Smart Designer. 

• Run the Program files by double clicking the program files exe and selecting delete to uninstall Smart Designer Pro.

• Run the Smart Designer Content last and select delete to uninstall the content.
