How to save Smart Designer system info

• Open Coreldraw 
• In Smart Designer, expand the Activation section

• Once expanded, click on the "System Information" option

• The System Information window will appear, click save on this window

• This will save a copy of the system information to your desktop named "SmartDesigner.txt" (Note: You may only see the file as "SmartDesinger" if you do not have file extensions visible)

• Please attach the file to your support ticket when requested. Do not copy and paste the information in the support ticket or email, the text file is required.
